About the Role
As an HR Supervisor at Eco Warriors Ae, I led the recruitment and management of volunteers dedicated to environmental conservation initiatives. My responsibilities included coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining smooth communication within teams, and supporting volunteer engagement to ensure a collaborative, inclusive, and motivated atmosphere.
I worked closely with both new and existing members to match their interests and strengths with suitable tasks, helped resolve team-related concerns, and played a key role in sustaining a positive and productive volunteer experience.
