The AI Interviewer is an innovative recruitment platform designed to streamline and enhance the hiring process using cutting-edge AI technologies. This intelligent assistant conducts dynamic, real-time interviews by leveraging natural language processing (NLP) with GPT-4, speech recognition through OpenAI's Whisper, and emotion detection via IBM Watson to evaluate candidates holistically.
The platform auto-generates tailored questions based on job descriptions and previous responses, analyzes both speech and text input, and delivers AI-powered feedback to assess communication and job fit. Built using a Django backend, Angular frontend, and PostgreSQL database, the system is customizable for different job roles and interview styles.
