House Captain

As the Captain of the Blue House (Girls), I led a team of over 100 student athletes across both primary and secondary school levels, managing and coordinating key events such as annual Sports Day and inter-house competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

🏅 Organized and supervised sports events for students across multiple grades, ensuring smooth logistics and fair participation.

👥 Represented students at school events and meetings, acting as a voice for the team and promoting inclusivity across age groups.

💪 Motivated team members through consistent engagement, practice sessions, and strategy planning, encouraging a spirit of unity and resilience.

📈 Managed performance tracking and supported individual athletes to help them excel in their respective events.

Achievements:

🏆 Under my leadership, the Blue House Girls' team was awarded "Best House of the Year", a recognition of our collective effort, discipline, and sportsmanship.

This role significantly strengthened my skills in leadership, event coordination, and communication, and instilled a strong sense of accountability and team spirit.
